System. This service provides verification of subway delays only, and for delays that have occurred
in the last 90 days.If you are seeking
verification for a subway trip that is more than 90 days old, you must file under the freedom of information Law(FOIL): click here to submit your FOIL request.
In addition to providing your name and email
address, be prepared to enter the date, time and subway line(s) of the delayed trip. Please provide any subway transfers you
may have made.
You will receive an email
acknowledging your submission. After researching your request, another email detailing our findings will be sent to you anywhere
from 5 to 15 business days.
While we make every effort to run our trains to schedule, delays occur for a variety of reasons,
including sick passengers, police investigations, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and other factors. Thank you for your
