Starting August 31, 2014 the Bx24 Bus will be extended past its normal route from Country Club to Westchester Square to get Bronx straphangers closer to the burgeoning 42-acre development. The MTA Transit and Bus Committee voted Monday to add the Hutchinson Metro Center — a four-building complex that features medical offices,
retail shops and major tenants like Mercy College and the IRS — to the line starting Aug. 31.
